Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the GAMP Registry platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GAMP Registry platform ("GAMP", "we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals, organisations, and entities that register AI models or access registry data through the GAMP API, website, or embeddable badge system.

2. Definitions

  • Account — a registered user profile on the GAMP platform.
  • AI Agent / Model — any artificial intelligence model, system, or agent registered in the GAMP Registry.
  • Passport — a cryptographically signed credential issued by GAMP to a registered AI model.
  • Trust Tier — a certification level (Declared, Verified, Audited, Accredited) assigned to a registered model.
  • Badge — an embeddable SVG widget served by GAMP that displays the live trust status of a registered model.
  • SDK — the GAMP Python or JavaScript software development kit enabling models to sign outputs and push drift reports.
  • Certifier — an approved third-party entity authorised to co-sign model passports for Audited tier certification.

3. Services Provided

GAMP provides an identity and trust registry for AI models, including:

  • Cryptographic passport issuance and verification for registered AI models
  • Live trust scoring updated on verification, drift reports, and audit outcomes
  • Tiered certification (Declared, Verified, Audited, Accredited)
  • Embeddable live badges reflecting real-time model status
  • Public transparency log of all registrations and tier changes
  • Autonomous tamper detection via signed output batch verification
  • Developer SDKs for integrating GAMP signing into AI deployments

GAMP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4.3 One Account Per Entity

Organisations may register one primary account. Additional user accounts within an organisation may be subject to separate enterprise terms.

4.4 Account Security

You must notify GAMP immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. GAMP will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Model Registration

5.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information submitted during model registration is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate suspension.

5.2 Private Key Responsibility

When a model is registered, GAMP issues a unique Ed25519 private key to the registrant. This private key is transmitted once and never stored by GAMP. You are solely responsible for its secure storage. Loss of the private key cannot be remedied by GAMP without re-registration.

5.3 Audit Compliance

Models registered at Verified, Audited, or Accredited tiers may be subject to automated and manual audit checks. You agree to provide accurate documentation as required by the audit process.

5.4 Industry Classification

You must accurately declare the industries in which your model operates. Models operating in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, defence, legal) must meet the minimum tier requirements for those industries. Operating a model in a regulated industry below the required tier may result in suspension.

6. Trust Tiers and Fees

6.1 Current Pricing

  • Declared — Free. Self-registered. Identity claimed, not verified.
  • Verified — $99.00 USD per year. Identity and provenance confirmed by GAMP.
  • Audited — $599.00 USD per year. Independent third-party reviewed and co-signed.
  • Accredited — $2,499.00 USD per year. Regulatory or institutional sign-off. Highest trust.

6.2 Launch Free Period

GAMP may, at its discretion, operate a launch free period during which paid tiers are available without charge. This period is temporary and will end on a date announced via the platform.

6.3 Payment and Renewal

Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of the payment date. Failure to renew will result in tier downgrade to Declared. GAMP will send reminder notifications before expiry.

6.4 Refunds

GAMP does not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

6.5 Price Changes

GAMP reserves the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will receive 60 days' notice before any price change takes effect on renewal.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Register AI models that are fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or designed to cause harm
  • Submit false audit documentation or misrepresent model capabilities, training data, or intended use
  • Circumvent rate limits, scrape the registry at scale, or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate another organisation, person, or AI model in registrations
  • Use the GAMP badge on a model that is not registered to your account
  • Attempt to forge, replay, or manipulate GAMP cryptographic signatures
  • Register models whose primary purpose is to facilitate illegal activity

GAMP may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these restrictions without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all information you submit to GAMP. By submitting model registration data, you grant GAMP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and publish that information as part of the public registry and transparency log.

8.2 GAMP Platform

The GAMP platform, including its software, badge system, SDK, and documentation, is the intellectual property of GAMP and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from GAMP's platform without written permission.

8.3 GAMP Mark

The GAMP name, logo, and badge design are trademarks of GAMP. Embedding the badge on sites displaying registered models is permitted. Using GAMP marks to imply endorsement or certification beyond what the registry represents is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

GAMP does not warrant that:

  • The registry is complete, accurate, or free from errors at all times
  • A GAMP Passport constitutes legal compliance with any specific regulation
  • Audited or Accredited certification eliminates all risk associated with an AI model
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or available at all times

Users relying on GAMP passport data for compliance, procurement, or deployment decisions do so at their own risk and should conduct independent due diligence.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

GAMP's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to GAMP in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

GAMP may suspend or terminate your account and remove registered models if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, registered model passports remain in the public transparency log for historical integrity but will be marked as inactive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
